We are looking for someone highly organized, outgoing, and driven to work closely with the territory manager and sales leader to assist with day-to-day operations of our flagship showroom. This is an in-person, client-facing role.

The ideal candidate:
  • Has a keen eye for detail and an interest in interior design
  • Enjoys organizational work and creating systems for efficient workflow
  • Is polished, professional, friendly, and punctual
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is looking to grow in the field of management or sales
Responsibilities include:
  • Working out of the showroom 5 days a week (M-F) from 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Keyholding - Opening and closing the showroom and all associated tasks
  • Greeting clients and connecting them to their sales representative
  • Answering the phone
  • Organization and maintenance of showroom display product and tracking of
  • inventory
  • Coordination of any installations associated with new product when H&S and Rep-line product is launched
  • Managing showroom calendar and tracking of employee Paid Time Off
  • Oversight of communal spaces such as break room and ordering of all related supplies
  • Oversight of our Sampling team members to ensure efficiencies in sampling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in a retail setting, a showroom setting, or as an administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with Microsoft excel
